CONTEXT
Three days Residential Training cum workshop on Preparation of Defence Pensions through SPARSH (System for Pension Administration - Raksha).

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

All the officials who is dealing with processing of Defence pension through SPARSH.

COURSE CONTENTS

1. Introduction and Overview of SPARSH.
2. Overview of different kinds of pension
3. Preparation of necessary pension documents.
4. Role of initiator and verifier (ORD/SER/MED)
5. Role of local audit body.
6. Role of PCDA (P).
7. Processing of Data correction.
8. Processing of Family Pension.
9. Practical session of processing of pension in SPARSH.
10. Doubt clearing session.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY:
• Interactive session
• Workshop with Case
• Common pit falls ( Small Group Activity)
OUR FACULTY:

The faculty will be from Defence Pension Training institute, Allahabad.

COURSE DURATION:

• The Training will commence at 2 PM on 14th July 2024 with introduction of course and its contents and introduction of Trusts Social Service activities for the wellbeing of the under privileged people. The actual course contents will commence on the same day at 2.30 PM and will conclude at 05.00 PM on 16 July 2024.
RESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE:
• The residential Candidate will check in on 14th Morning before (12.30 hours) and check out on 17th July forenoon (Before 11:00AM).

• Twin sharing is available only for organization nominating two officials (same gender only). The participation fee for residential participant covers the cost of lodging, boarding, meals & study material of the participants

• Residential is 25th June 2024 and for Non-Residential 5th July 2024.
• Nomination can also be forwarded after the last date on Enquiry/Confirmation. However, it will be confirmed after accommodating the early bids.

The residential course will be conducted at a Top 04 star rated Hotels/Resorts located at central Mysore.

A. Non-Residential: Rs. 15000/- + 18% GST -Per Delegate per program (included Training kit, Lunch, & Conference Tea)
B. Residential: (Room, Breakfast, Lunch Dinner, Training Kit& Conference Tea)
- On twin sharing basis: Rs. 25,000/- +18% GST per Delegate per program
- Single occupancy: Rs 35,000/- + 18% GST per Delegate per program
